Visitors/Education Since opening in 1987, the Museion Bozen has striven to be a place for meeting and exchange. Especially in the last few years, the Museion has appealed to a wide variety of people with numerous auxiliary events. The museum’s team is focused on an important goal: to be a Museion for EVERYONE who wants a stimulating and lively cultural meeting place in Bozen. Since 1994 the Museion has been the one of the first museums in South Tyrol, to provide educational activities for children. About 4,500 school students of all ages come to the special exhibitions every year. The initiatives and provisions for our visitors are being continuously developed and extended, including at the new Museion.
